Uploaded and generated images are stored securely.
Your content is not shared with other users.
Our team does not access your content except if required for debugging, support, or legal compliance.
You may delete your uploads or generated images at any time from the app.
We do not use your images to train AI models.
We take steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
Images and Face Data
When you upload photos or generate images in Gazo, we store those images in your account so you can view, download, and re-edit them. Some of these images may include faces or other sensitive content. Gazo does not use facial recognition, does not create biometric templates, and does not try to identify any person in your images. We treat faces as part of the image content only.
We use your images solely to: Perform the edits and generations you request, and show you your results inside the app.
We store images in our cloud storage provider (for example, Firebase Storage on Google Cloud) associated with your account. We do not sell your images or face data, and we do not share them with third parties for advertising or profiling.
You can delete individual images from within the app at any time. When you delete an image, it is removed from our active systems. If you choose to delete your account, your account data and stored images are permanently deleted from our systems after a short operational grace period.
We do not use your images or face data to train AI models.
Acceptable Use
Upload images that are illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringe on the rights of others.
Misuse the app in ways that could harm our service or other users.
We may restrict access if inappropriate or harmful behavior is detected.
Ownership of Content
Your uploads: You retain ownership of any images you upload.
Generated images: The images you create are yours. We keep them in your account’s cloud storage so you can view and edit them whenever you want. You’re always in control and can delete them permanently.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the app’s software, design, branding, and functionality belong to us. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the app.
Limitation of Liability
Gazo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this agreement. You may stop using the app at any time.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update these Terms or the Privacy Notice as the app evolves. Continued use of Gazo means you accept the updated version.
